Who operates this site

stillthere is a B2B contact-checking service operated by Goran Carevic as an independent contractor. It checks the person, their listed company and their work email using public professional evidence and comprehensive email, domain and mail-system signals, helping customers decide which contacts belong in an outbound campaign.

What we collect and why

When you submit a request, we collect the information you enter, including your name, work email, company, approximate list size, file type and message. We use it only to respond, arrange the file handoff and provide the service you requested.

If you proceed with a scan, we process the business contact data you provide and the professional and mailbox evidence needed to produce, validate and support your report. Your list is used only to perform, validate, deliver and support your scan. It is not sold, used for our own outreach, shared with other customers or included in another customer's report.

The website does not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies. It uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for privacy-preserving site usage and performance telemetry, including page views and web vitals.

We use service providers for website hosting, request storage, professional-data research, mailbox verification, search and AI-assisted processing. They receive only the information needed to perform those functions.

Requests submitted through the website are stored in a private, access-restricted system. Scan files and row-level scan evidence are kept only for delivery, quality control and support. Unless you ask us to retain them longer, they are deleted within 30 days after delivery. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

We may retain anonymized aggregate statistics that do not identify you, your company or individual contacts.

What the service provides

stillthere checks each submitted contact against the professional and mailbox evidence available when the scan is performed. We use relevant public professional sources and mailbox signals to make the strongest decision the evidence supports. If the evidence is incomplete or inconclusive, the row stays out of Send rather than being presented as confirmed. Every result includes a reason and checked date, with source links where available, so your team can understand the basis for the decision before using the report to send, reject or update contacts.

You confirm that you are authorized to provide the business contact data you submit and that you will use the service and its results lawfully.

The scope, price and delivery timing for paid work are agreed before the scan begins. Results are provided as-is and do not guarantee email delivery, replies, employment status or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, any liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific scan in question.
